THANK YOU

Living with a chronic health condition for over twenty years I know first hand the importance of having a supportive social environment. Without one it is incredibly difficult to stay on track.  I created this section of the Sans Gluten Sisters because I’d like to acknowledge and endlessly THANK those who have had such a positive impact on my life. This list is in no particular order so here it goes!
  • My mom and dad for always finding the latest and greatest gluten free products and making sure my kitchen is stocked with them
  • My sister for making some of the best sans gluten baked goods I have EVER tasted
  • My husband for happily devouring all of my sans gluten creations (even if I don’t!) and for making some of his own amazing sans gluten creations (his pizza and pastas dishes are to die for!)
  • My mother in law for making a delicious sans gluten holiday feast with sans gluten lasagna and sans gluten cake and cookies-heaven!
  • My best friends for always having fabulous sans gluten treats at our parties and get togethers
  • My co-workers for having a quinoa cook off, sans gluten treats in the office and always letting me know of any sans gluten restaurants, articles or products I may have missed
  • Restaurant wait staff for being patient and always checking with the kitchen to see if flour has been added to the risotto, if the fish has been dipped in flour, if the French fries share a fryer with the chicken nuggets and onion rings along with many other questions I ask while dining out
  • Marney White from MarneyCakes Inc. She made me the most incredible gluten free wedding cake and is a true artist! http://www.marneycakes.com/
